OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Every UK order is sent Tracked via Royal Mail. If you would like to upgrade your postage, please select the relevant option at checkout.

Our shipping dispatch time is 3-4 working days.

​

Currently, on the website we only ship within the UK and select other countries, however for international orders that are not on the checkout option, please contact me to discuss postage costs. Please note- for international orders, there may be import charges. I am not responsible for the payment of any customs fees. 

For any item returned to sender (me) by the courier, I will contact you. If  required, you will be refunded for the item minus the postage cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do accept refunds and returns if you are not happy with your purchase. In order to proceed, please contact us to discuss. Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately refunds are not available for custom orders. Please note- for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless they have arrived faulty.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If the sea glass arrives to me damaged, I will not be held liable and will contact you to sort out a refund or discuss using a different piece of sea glass. To try and prevent pieces arriving damaged, please ensure the sea glass is packaged safely and securely.

If I do not receive the sea glass or a message to say it will be posted, within 10 working days, I will contact you to let you know. If no response is received, I will issue a refund.

​

As this is a custom order, there are no refunds available unless in the case of a fault.

Please ensure full and correct postage is paid for, as any postage or custom fees I incur will have to be covered by you. This is especially relevant for international orders.

Whilst I have not yet damaged any sea glass, glass by its nature is fragile, so there unfortunately is a chance it can break during the making process. In the event of this, no monetary compensation will be offered, however I will issue you a full refund.

JEWELLERY CARE

All our jewellery is made with 925 sterling silver, so it is made to last.

​

However, sterling silver can still tarnish over time and wear. If they do tarnish, sterling silver polishing cloths are cheaply available which can help return the shine to your jewellery.

​

A lot of our jewellery also include crystals that should avoid getting wet. For these, we strongly advise customers to remove when showering, bathing, swimming etc. so you can get the most out of your beautiful piece.

​

For all our pieces, we recommend you try to avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals and hairspray.

You are welcome to opt in to our email list. Please be assured that by providing us with your email address, we will never share this with a third party.

No card or payment details are stored following a purchase on this website.

​

All personal information such as name and address will never be shared with a third party and will only be used to post off the order.
