This is a beautiful blue Owhyee opal set in a sterling silver ring, handmade by me in Poole, Dorset.

The ring band this opal is placed on is made from my recycled silver. In order to be as sustainable as I can, I find ways to reuse my silver remnants. This ring is completely made up of my remnants, melted down to form this beautiful, organic and natural band. It also makes it completely zero-waste and recycled.
 
Blue Owyhee opals are found in the Owyhee region of eastern Oregon, the USA. It is believed to help people embarking on a spiritual journey, struggling with indecisiveness, or stuck. It is said to impart a high, celestial vibration connecting one to the highest angelic guidance and to one’s own spirit guides.
 
We recommend trying to avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or similar. We also recommend removing this jewellery when showering, bathing or swimming.
