Payment for 1x custom sea glass pendant. Reef shark using blue sea glass supplied by Lilac Lakes.
All custom orders are non-refundable except in the event of a fault on my part.
Terms and conditions:
If the sea glass arrives to me damaged, I will not be held liable and will contact you to sort out a refund on this listing or discuss using a different piece of sea glass.
If I do not receive the sea glass or a message to say it will be posted, within 10 working days, I will contact you to let you know. If no response is received, I will issue a refund.
As this is a custom order, there are no refunds available unless in the case of a fault. 
Please ensure full and correct postage is paid for, as any postage or custom fees I incur will have to be covered by you. This is especially relevant for international orders. 
Please ensure you are 100% sure on the ring size, as I am unable to resize a ring (bar an increase of 1/2 a size) once the sea glass has been set.
Whilst I have not yet damaged any sea glass, glass by its nature is fragile, so there unfortunately is a chance it can break during the making process. In the event of this, no monetary compensation will be offered, however I will issue you a full refund on this listing, or offer an alternative piece of sea glass to be used instead.
